Each of your agents can control their own notifications via their personal account settings. With this setup, agents will know what is currently happening with their channel's conversations and support their customers faster.


There are three notifications you can set up for your account:

  • Play outgoing message sound: Agent's message was sent after clicking Send in the Inbox.
  • New conversation notification: A customer has started a new chat.
  • New message notification: Customer has sent new messages.


To change your personal notification settings, please go to Settings > your account Profile > Preferences.

 



You can change the sound and its volume by clicking the Volume icon next to the type of notification you want to change. 


And if you want to disable the sound notification, you just need to uncheck the box next to the chosen notification. 



After making all the changes, please remember to click the "Save" button for the changes to be applied.
