You will find the overview report of conversations in your Dashboard. You can access the dashboard by clicking the Chative icon at the top left corner, then going to the Conversation section.


The Conversation dashboard is split into 2 tabs:
  • Conversations: The number of daily conversations which are breakdowns into Closed, Participated, and Open conversations. You can hide one of those data by clicking that data. 
  • Lastest Conversations: The three lastest conversations between your staff and customers.

Note: These data are counted based on your whole team performance in the last seven days.
