When you access your account, you will see an overview of your lead generation performance and the latest contacts in the dashboard. 

To go to the Chative dashboard, please click the Chative icon at the top left corner. At there, you will see an overview data of Contact for the last 7 days.


The contact dashboard is split into 2 tabs:
  • Contact: Paragraph showing the number of Customers/Leads/Guest that was converted. You can hide one of those data by clicking the type of contact you want to hide.
  • Latest Contacts: the latest eight contacts that were generated with some basic information such as email, country, and last active time. You can view more contacts info by clicking the "View more" button.
