Contact activities logs detect customer paths on your website. It can give you a better understanding of how your customers use your product, which website they are using, and how often they visit. You can use this data to learn more about your customer behavior and give out a suitable approach strategy.

Please follow these guidelines to check the activities log of specific contacts:

1. Go to the Contact and search for the contact using our filter that you want to check.

2. Click on that contact to go to that person's details, then you will find the Activities Logs in the right panel.

Each activity contains these activities :
  • The website they visit
  • Date and time when the action was taken.
